No, the xAQ-1 is designed to clean drained vessels only.
A 16 Amp circuit, 3-phase, 400-volt power source is required. Additionally, there must be a washing system with sufficient capacity (see datasheet) and a solid railing or eyebolts at the top of the tanks to secure the robot.
The xAQ-1 is controlled with an industrial remote (Belly Box) and can be operated by EasyX service personnel, trained personnel from the customer, or another approved third party.
The xAQ-1 currently cleans a tank of 17 x 5.5 meters in approximately 2 hours. Larger tanks are cleaned more efficiently per square meter.
The xAQ-1 has two main components that wear over time. The drive belt lasts for 6-10 tanks of 17 x 5.5 meters, while the seals under the robot last for approximately 24 tanks of the same size.
The xAQ-1 can clean octagonal tanks and round tanks with a diameter over 14 meters. EasyX has extensive experience cleaning surfaces such as PE-liner, polyurea, acrylic, and reinforced plastic/fiberglass.
To ensure that customers always have the latest version of the xAQ-1, EasyX offers a subscription model with a duration of 1, 3, or 5 years. Contact us for more information or a quote.
